Returns and  Exchanges

All of our items are made to order just for you, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing, color choices, or change of mind.

 

We know ordering online can be tricky, so we always recommend double-checking the sizing and product details before placing your order. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help however we can.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, whether it arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it.

 

If your package seems to be lost in transit, reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll look into it.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our end, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no cost to you.
